Got to say the manager there- Gloria- took care of our problem. We were spending the weekend there, and had an incident of someone who switched rooms, forgeting it, and trying to open our door. We then were treated to phone calls looking for them all weekend. They were annoying, especially the unsolicited "wake-up" call at 7:45AM. Got nothing but the"sorry, but we can't do anything about it" response. That's when Gloria-the general manager- helped out. I e-mailed her(I always grab a managers card, and drop them a line good or bad). She immediately mailed out a certificate for a free night at any SHS. What a pleasant surprise!
