Travel Tips for Fighting Jet Lag

One simple tip I learned is to try to forget where you've been and where you are when traveling across time zones.  As soon I board the plane, I always set my watch to the time zone where I'm headed. I try to avoid thinking about the time I'm starting my journey and immediately act as though it were the time at my destination. Other small helpers are to avoid alcohol on the flight, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, and to bring a blindfold and ear plugs to help you sleep when others might stay awake.

(For each location tag, you will be guided through a 3-step process to add (1) a city and a state or a city and a country, (2) a Marriott brand, and (3) a Marriott hotel.)
