My tip is for all travelors to all places. Stay hydrated on flights. Ice in your alcoholic drinks don't count! Do you get jet lage, feel headachy etc after a flight? The most common cause is dehydration. Also, many times the excitement of a trip will lead us to forget the water. OR when we're hot, many of us crave soda (I know I do and the harsh taste is transformed to sweet and wonderful) but this actually will dehydrate you more due to sodium nd caffience.
