Travel Tips on Business

If you travel regularly for business like my hubby does, and tend to stay at the same place each time, try to avoid checking in your luggage.  If you're able to carry all of your clothes and toiletries on carry-on baggage, it expedites the check-in and arrival process by nearly an hour!

Always double-check the reviews on your destination hotels via Trip Advisor or Expedia or any forum.  If there are an overwhelming number of poor reviews, it's usually a sign!

For travel overseas, always pack extra clothes in your carry-on, in the event that the flight is delayed or luggage gets lost.

Drink water (lots of it) on long-haul flights; anything else will dehydrate and it gets dry in the cabin as it is.

Calling for a limo is sometimes no more expensive than calling for a cab. Just sayin...

(For each location tag, you will be guided through a 3-step process to add (1) a city and a state or a city and a country, (2) a Marriott brand, and (3) a Marriott hotel.)
