In Orlando on vacation and looking for a place to enjoy a casual lunch under $12? Try Bahama Breeze. We enjoyed lunch for two and with friends at two different locations of the three in Orlando.
The Bahama Breeze on International Drive was packed on Sunday. Lots of young families with children in soccer uniforms as well as couples of all ages. We enjoyed the entree salads and spicy chicken tortilla soup.
The Bahama Breeze on Vineland in Lake Buena Vista is steps away from the Marriott Village. After spending the morning shopping with friends we enjoyed a late lunch including flatbread w/toppings. I really enjoyed the Angus burger with Jack cheese, done to perfection.

Bahama Breeze is in my opinion the best that the Darden Group has to offer. For the uninitiated, Darden also owns Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Longhorn and a few others.
It seems tome that Bahama Breeze is struggling and has closed a few of their stores, most notably, the one on Camelback in Phoenix.
Both Bahama Breeze locations we visited in Orlando are thriving. The one on I-drive was packed for lunch on Sunday. The Lake Buena Vista location was less so but it was a Monday and many people were at the nearby Premium Outlet Mall Food Court.
While we have been to Camelback many times, we never ate at Bahama Breeze there. Caribbean theme venues probably have a better fit in Florida than the southwest.
