Flying out on the 7th and need one night after spending the week at Daytona. Don't have enough points after the week at Daytona and want to spend a relaxing day and a half before we fly out at a place with a great pool area.Does anyone know how to get a really good rate on the Marriott Horizons(Harbour Lake)....like less than $90.00?Or do you have suggestions for a different place? Thanks!  PS Newby to the board!!!

    You have several options.

Depending on your departure, Cocoa Beach is less than hour away from MCO and alot closer to Daytona.  Consider the Courtyard right on the beach at $139.  It's right on the beach located near Ron Jon's and Marlin's on the Pier

Marriott Harbour Lake is a timeshare resort and ideal when travelling with the family especially kids.  At $140, there's alot more space with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms.  Do you need that for one night?

Closer to your budget is the Fairfield Inn and Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Marriott Village with a AAA rate of $103, breakfast included. I've driven past it many times and the area is better located with restaurants and convenience shops nearby.  Driving, it's about 10-15 minutes to Downtown Disney and 20 minutes to the airport so there's alot more to do before getting on a flight.

If you have an early flight on the 7th and on a really tight budget, you have the Fairfield Inn Orlando Airport at $79. It's located immediately north of MCO and just off 528 / BeeLine when you come from Daytona

Did you check out Cocoa Beach?

You are less than an hour from MCO and it is a great place for one night!

Hit the Port Canaveral area, check out the RI and The Courtyard.

    Good luck!
