SinceMarriott changed to 'points or gifts' my stay nights and points have been totally screwed up. To get points you now don't get the 2 free bottles of water. (big deal!) I stay approx. 90 nights a year at the same Fairfield Suites and the management has a constant battle with head office to sort outmy accont (they are also charged a fee from Marriott to fix these!) The new Hilton Garden Suites that is about to open may look at my biz and match the deal. When will Marriott ever get it right?
