Glad I booked our FL and CHI hotels before the "NEW ENHANCED" program kicked in. I went to book a Residence Inn in Chicago and discovered that the Cat 5 stay for three days is now costing me 10,000 more points than when I booked the same location last November. How is this "NEW" program better for us long time road warriors? In reading these posts I haven't seen any acceptable answers - and "no blackouts" isn't a benefit for most of us from what I read. I can exchange my my one MVCI week annually (got in 20 years ago) for 90,000 points. They went far then but not now. Seems the faithful owners/customers need some recompence.
