I agree entirely with all the negativity feed back on the new reward program.The pitch sounds great,the reality of it all is terrible.How can such a reputable Hotel that has had such success due to their reward program,even consider changing it without listning to the people who made it work,US YOUR MEMBERS.I am a platinum premier and a loyal patron for over twenty years.This new program is a joke and shame on all the people responsible for thinking of it.
