All-Inclusive option

Does anyone have thoughts on all-inclusive options?? I hadn't noticed them before and thought it might be a nice way to keep costs down (using points for everything).

I called before booking a family vacation in St Thomas in February. They clarified that the all inclusive using points includes 2 adults and all children 12 and under, 3 meals a day and all beverages (at meals and otherwise, including alcohol). They were not clear on surcharges that may apply - I'm guessing it's on higher end food items like lobster maybe? The people answering phones did not seem to have much more info than what you read online but from what I can tell the only caveat is that you must use a standard reward when booking your room and then you can all the all inclusive, no other type of room rewards are eligible. Hope this helps and let me know if you try it out before we do!
