I totally agree with all the postings. I too am a Platinum member and a MVCI owner with two weeks. This is an insult to those of us who have been loyal Marriott customers for many years. I wonder what JD Powers will say about the new program. The bonus should make up the difference in the new awards. I was planning on giving my niece a week for her honeymoon. Thank goodness I have enough points to fulfill my commitment but it means our trip to Costa Rica will have to be postponed.
I think you need to rethink your program and it's impact to your loyal customers otherwise I, as many others have stated, will be a more active Starwoods customer.
