I agree with all the others. My wife and I are very dissappointed with MVCI and the changes in the Rewards program. Every change made over the past 5-10 years have been for the benefit of Marriott and not their loyal clients. Rewards now cost 3-4 times wihat they did 15 years ago, but the points earned for various stays and turning in your weeks to Marriott have stayed the same. This is a very sad situation and shows that Marriott is no longer interested in offering a quality, industry leading program for it's clients. I for one will begin to shop around for a more client friendly program to invest in for our future.
It's really sad when a company no longer cares about their clients.
