Why no response from Ed orr Marriott?

I have been a loyal marriott guest for many many years. Whenever i encountered a problem someone from Marriott always responded quickly and resolved my problem. Why has Ed or anyone from Marriott not responded to all the comments posted here? why have they seemed to disregard our concerns and loyalty?

 Their silence speaks very loudly that they don't care.

I am very disappointed in the changes and their silence.
