Just sent a client to the Marriott at Kingsmill in Williamsburg. I called and sent a credit card authorization for my guest's stay. I called and confirmed the front Desk received it. Guess what! They billed by clients credit card anyway, even when he explained that I had already sent the authorization form. Would not let him check in without using his own card. I was contacted and did receive an apology but, I prefer they get it right.
