Whenever something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I am vastly disappointed that Marriott has chosen the path of presenting such a negative in such positive terms. I have never strayed to other chains b/c I could always count on Marriott to step up to the plate and treat me the right way. By misrepresenting the devaluation of thier program I feel betrayed and insulted as they think I am that gullible. I guess it's time to set down my loyalty and start listening in earnest to those other hotel come-ons. I feel my loyalty over the years means nothing.
