On a recent family weekend stay at the TPS in Doral FL, I was most disappointed when trying to claim my rewards for that stay. Upon check out everything was well and i was assured that i would be rewarded my points. However after 4 calls over a 2 week period and FINALLY speaking to a front office manager I got my points. The problem was (everytime i called) they read off the wrong Marriott Rewards Number associated with my account and i would give them the correct one. If we don't check, are we really rewarded with these points? Or do they ut them to ANY OLD ACCOUNT?
