Hi -- just had a wonderful few days at the San Diego Marriott Seaport/Marina. Enjoyed a very elegant dinner at Molly's Restaurant -- only to discover that it is being shut and replaced by a spa !
While we can understand the commercial reality here -- the problem is that the hotel will still need a Marriott managed restaurant. Roy's the other restaurant is outsourced and don't have the Marriott spirit in providing service to their guests. Very arrogant service staff and no priority to hotel guests.
Hope the San Diego management can get this transition from old to new restaurant services resolved.
