Guys, I stayed in Marriott Melville NY. The room was with broken bath tub (holes), Flush was not working..I complained on marriott.com and received a mail from Mr. Burcu Sumer front office manager after 5 days. He told that he will give some points in lieu of this bad service..Alas! that guy is so unprofessiona..first I did not ask for points second if u are asking to buy some point and then NOT doing..MOST UNPROFESSIONAL THING..
I stay almost every night in hotel and found the behavior and service at full service Marriotts are most unprofessioanl and un friendly
