Many of you must have wondered why there is only “Stay Anytime Rewards”, which is double points, available when the hotel has standard rooms available. Does Marriott not recognize the value of its customer like other major hotels namely Hilton? This is direct quote from Hilton, “If there’s a standard room available at any Hilton Family hotel or resort worldwide, you can redeem points for it—noexceptions, no fine print. It’s that simple”. There is no double points system.
If someone from Marriott is reading this post, please explain why Marriott cannot value its customer like any other reputable hotel chain?
