JW Marriott Vegas

Good News to Fellow Road Warriors!

It has finally come to that point of the year when I get to take a break from my busy day-to-day business and cash in some of my Marriott Rewards Points!

So I booked at JW Marriott in Las Vegas for a long weekend, and cashed in for two rooms... Although the reservation system won't let you book a suite with your points, I called the hotel direct and they were very, very accomidating, upgrading my family to a two room suite (the kind that has the jacuzzi in the bathroom and a living room to boot!).

So far, before even arriving there, my experience has been great! I was even able to call the executive golf coordinator and set up a Tee Time for Saturday morning--- when I inquired about the possiblity of a military discount at the golf course, she personally called the course and negoiated a lower rate... it meant a lot!

So here's hoping, I will post again with my final thoughts on my experiences at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas (Summerlin) Nevada.

Regards,

We stayed at the JW Las Vegas in 2007.  It was wonderful!  Both of my  young adult kids loved it.  Wonderful restaurants. It's close enough to downtown and all the glitz and big name casinos but coming back to the JW was totally relaxing. We left all the noise behind us. The casino was much friendlier than on The Strip.
