Disney World

Has anyone stayed at any of the Marriott properties near Disney World? Was looking to reserve something at one of the suite hotels and was wondering which one(s) to consider.

Grande Vista is the perfect place to stay whilst visiting Disney and only minutes to Sea World and Discovery Cove.  The only problem you may find is that the children might not want to leave Grande Vista! Being organised and prepared is the key factor for any Orlando trip.  There is so much to see and do you really do have to make a plan, of course you won't stick to it exactly but it is a good start. It is very easy to get carried away and cram so much into your 2 weeks but be careful as you will come home needing a holiday!

We stayed at the Grande Vista and LOVED it! Can't wait to go back. We asked for a third floor room facing the golf course and the sunsets were awesome! Golf was good too. Can't go wrong at the Grande Vista.

If you have children, I'd stay at the Grande Vista.  They offer 3 different floor plans/room sizes & there are many amenities on site and lots to do for children thru teens.  The pools & fountains are fun for small children, they have a game room & it's a great place to stay.  My kids are older and really enjoy staying either here or across I-Drive at the Marriott Cypress Harbour.

We have stayed there 3 times - all were good. Our boys are late teens and they really liked the golf. Special deal for unlimited golf (if staying for the week) is good value.  Even in hottest season, our boys played early and late, getting 36 holes per day and unltd driving range for $119 (entire week)
