Las Vegas dining - Solo diners treated well

I am always leery of celebrity chef owned restaurants when the chef is 2,000 miles away but decided to give Enoteca San Marco at the Venetian a try (owned by Mario Batali).   Sat at huge dining counter that surrounds the salad and salumi (sliced meats and cheese) prep area so plenty of action to watch plus the ever changing sky of fake Piazza San Marco inside the Venetian hotel.   Sicilian cauliflower dish very tasty and can absolutely recomment the brined and grilled pork chop dish.   Dessert was a bellini - very tasty too.  All served with great country bread and nice array of wines by the glass
