Kathy Kelly of the Atlantis customer service went above and beyond in resolving a bad situation that I was having at the Atlantis resort.  I decided to cut my stay to 1 night due to all the bad press and high costs, taxes and fees, etc.  The resort charges $590 for 1 night and $190 per night for 2 nights or $380 for 2 nights.  I was not able to get air to stay 2 nights and asked Kathy to have the resort charge me $190 for the 1 night.  They refused so she is having Marriott pay for the second night  I will pay $190 for the 1 night that I will use.
