We'll be in Charleston this summer.  Where should we eat that's fun?

Charleston has so many great restaurants, it is overwhelming.  One of my favorite spots is just a block from the market on Meeting St....Hymans Seafood.  Many famous folks eat there, and a brass nameplate on the tables commemorates their dining spot.  Co located with Hymans is Aaron's Deli, and you can order off their menu also.  Hymans serves a "Crispy flounder" which is unlike any fish meal you have eaten and it is only $15.  Good place for a couple or a family.  You can buy a cool t shirt on the way out too.  Very South Carolina.                   The expensive places are a dime a dozen...just wander down East Bay St around the market...the are everywhere and they are all fabulous...pick one.

AW shucks is pretty good and exciting.  Also, although the Marriott in Charleston is new and very nice, I recommend the Renaissance there to stay.  Much more central to everything.
