Question about Suites

Do Towne place Suites and resident Inns or Courtyards have Presidential Suites or Executive Suites?

If not is there a list of what hotels have which suites or any suites? Because I have noticed these suites are not even listed on the websites.

(For each location tag, you will be guided through a 3-step process to add (1) a city and a state or a city and a country, (2) a Marriott brand, and (3) a Marriott hotel.)

    peteruliano,

It's very rare for Towne Place Suites, Residence Inn, and Courtyard properties to have Presidential or Executive Suites.  Typically you would have to go to a Full Service Brand such as Marriott, JW Marriott, Renaissance, or Ritz Carleton Hotels to reserve a Presidential or Executive Suite.

However you are able to view Suite information about each Marriott property online.  From the Marriott website look up a property that maybe of interest and click on either "Hotel Details" or "Fact Sheet" near top of the property page.    Then look for "Property Details" and this will tell you if the Hotel offers Suites as shown below.

Further down the Page you should see "Guest Room Information" and if you click on that option you will find a link that reads "Visit the Guest Rooms page for more information".  Once you get to the Guest Rooms Page of the Property you can see what type of Rooms/Suites are available.

In some cases you will have to call the Hotel directly to get rates for Presidential & Executive Suites as they do not publish them online.
