I'm new to the Rewards program, joined just before a trip, and even though my number was on my reservation from the start, I don't seem to have gotten any points at all from our stay (in on Monday, out on Friday). So if we didn't get any points from that stay, how do we get points???
I am wondering if Marriott is having issues in crediting rewards. My last stay has yet to show up in my rewards account which was May 6th, and this month's Marriott credit card points have yet to be posted. In the past, I have always found Marriott to be very quick at crediting the reward points.
