While staying at the Marriott Wardman in Washington D.C., we used the concierge desk many times. It is so nice to have a valuable resource like that and were especially impressed with Antonio Tatiano. He was very helpful with making dinner recommendations and reservations. They were excellent choices. Also when a bus tour didn't work out he went out of his way to request a to refund our money. It was nice to see a familiar face during our stay, one who was incredibly friendly and there to help. Antonio is very polite, knowledgeable and an asset to your organization. He is truly the face Marriott wants to project.
