I am planning to arrive at the Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center next Wednesday. I have had numerous questions about the hotel and have exchanged several e-mails with Valerie B, Guest Relations Manager at the hotel. She has been extremely responsive and helpful and she definitely deserves recognition for her assistance. I have been staying at Marriott hotels for almost 48 years and find the people to be almost universally helpful. Valerie exceeds, even this standard.
