Very interesting article, thanks for posting the link. I think Marriott Executives are wise to broaden their customer base with the Millennials, as long as they continue to try and retain us "old-timers" (for lack of a better word). IMO we are a loyal Cash Cow spending large sums of money at Marriott properties. One thing is for certain that Millennials one day will attain our "old timers" status as the cycle rolls on.
