Miguel at the Fairfield in Orlando near Universal really knows customer service. He is the ideal front desk clerk and could easily be a good concierge. With a little mentoring I could easily see him as a manager. He greats everyone coming in no matter how busy he is and always has a smile. Once he meets a person he remembers their name and preferences. May sound trivial or like something all clerks should do, and I agree on the clerks, but it is something that is very uncommon these days.F
