During one of our visits there was a problem with our reservation. Natalie fixed it immediately. Then there was a problem with an upcoming visit and we were unable to get a reservation and were going to have to stay at another property. We alerted Natalie and she worked with us to find a reservation so that we were able to stay at this property. Whenever we saw her she would ask us if everything was "okay" checking on us. As I mentioned, she is an asset to your property as goes over and beyond, she does not have to do all that she does to make the guest feel special and their needs met. This property is first on list for reservation and we recommend it to all. As you know word of mouth is the best type of advertisement.
