You and the HQ Marriott Management are seating on a Golden opportunity to data-mine customer’s comments on their excellent-good-bad-ugly hotel experiences. I hope someone at the Marriott HQ is doing that in order to implement and make appropriate changes where required.
I completely agree with you blava007 . A lot of us travel for business reasons so there is expectation of Marriott's standards being maintained. Unfortunately, no way to find out if feedback was taken into consideration unless someone from that particular property replies back to feedback emails.
