I Would like to nominate Meor from the Renaissance KL west wing Club Lounge. Our previous trip in May 2012 he provided exceptional customer service and I wrote to his manager to pass on the good feedback.
when we returned there on the 26/9 for one night how fabolous was it to be greeted by a happy and smiling face of Meor who genuine seemed pleased that we were back, and would return for a longer trip in December.
once again he was attentive to our needs, friendly and even organised to extend our checkout time without us even suggesting it. Fabulous and the reason why we love the Renaissance so much - the awesome club lounge staff as well as Meor who is exceptional.
