Usually a few days they are back on your account. Sometimes you need to log out of your account and resign in. By doing this, it seems to refresh your account and then you can see your points reinstated. You can always call Customer Care if you need them right away for another booking. Hopefully this helps.
Hello, yousefuthman! Thanks so much for posting. The reward points should have cancelled (and points returned) if you cancelled within the stated cancellation time (which it sounds like you did). We had one of our Rewards specialists investigate this a little further and he just mentioned to us that he looked at your account and the points were returned on 9/20. Have you checked your account to see if those points show up on your end?
