Like to share a vacation experience.

 

My wife and I were headed to San Juan PR to hook up with a cruise. Decided to leave a few days early to relax in and fun in the sun.

Had made flight and hotel reservations well in advance of our vacation. Everything was going great the night before. Decided to stay

at the Courtyard by the airport the night before to catch an 8 am flight to the island. All was well until we arrived at the airport. The baggage

person could not find our flight reservation for that morning. After a few long minutes he informed us that our flight was for 8 pm that nigh

not 8 am. Well you know what happens after that - the wife was one up and did not let me forget for some time.

So we head back home that morning and finished up some needed work before heading back to the airport that night.

All went well and we arrived at San Juan Resort & Stella Casino early in the morning like 7 am. Went to check in and the overnight supervisor

Milady Torres was on duty to assist us. As normal our original room was not ready but Milady told us to wait a minute and she went to work

on the computer. After a very brief time Milady came up with a very special room for us. The room she found for us was a wonderful corner

suite with an ocean view. Due to my status the cost was minimal to upgrade. This only enhanced our experience at the hotel and really helped

my wife to forget about the error I made with our flight time. Milady was a wonderful and cheerful employee especially after a long night who

preformed wonderfully never dropping her smile or positive attitude.

As the weekend progress which was wonderful my wife and I met a beautiful young lady who was our La Isla Server on the beach for the stay.

Coralys S. was her name. What a wonderful person and employee. Very professional but so bright and cheerful. Coralys made the stay even

more pleasing and relaxing. Always cheerful and never let her smile fade no matter how busy or hot it got through the day.

 

I can not thank these two employees enough to make our vacation so special. We will never forget all they did for us during our stay at the hotel.

This is what makes a great hotel, the people and how much they care for their quest and jobs.

Just want to send a special thank you to Milady and Coralys for turning a potential nightmare into one memorable vacations we have experienced.
