Front desk associate, Kevin, on Sunday July 28 at the Marriott Downtown in Manhattan was extremely helpful and friendly. He was more helpful than the concierge. He printed directions for us, suggested restaurants, found coupons for us to use and suggested additional activities that would work with what we were already planning. We enjoyed chatting with him too. Kevin definitely went above and beyond his normal front desk duties. He also took the time to answer all of our questions. He definitely displays the Spirit to Serve!!
