I wanted to let you know that I have had two stays now at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center. Both stays I had outstanding service, in particular from Saleem, a front desk manager. Saleem was memorable on the first visit in March 2013 with his extremely friendly greeting to the hotel and making sure as a Marriott member I received the best room possible. It was my first time back to Pittsburgh in quite a while since being born in this city. Then, on my most recent visit in July 2013, he remembered me from the previous visit and provided great service to get food late that evening. The 'above and beyond' experience, however, came with that the airlines did not deliver my luggage and I was in the same clothes for a key meeting in Pittsburgh early the next morning. Saleem was able get basic t-shirt, etc. to help out and left it on the door. This was a remarkable service and greatly appreciated.
