I would like to nominate Donald Martin, Front Desk Manager for his consistent, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming attributes. Mr. Martin should be training other Marriott Managers and above. Marriott should recognize good employees with promotions, raises, and benefits. Eva deserves a special mention as well, as she tries to really give good and friendly, welcoming service to all of the hotel guests as well. The above is my favorite hotel, and it is because of the front line people that make your stay as nice as possible.
