Florida Beach Location

We are travelling to Florida next year and wish to use Marriott points (200,00) to stay at a beach location in Florida.  We are a Family of 4 (2ad, 2 cld 16&9) so are looking for a nice beach location with pools and places nearby to visit.  Any suggestions?  We are flexible with the length of stay, maybe 3 - 4 nights.

Here are some previous discussions that might be a good starting point:

There are plenty of options and many Insiders that have stayed at various properties.

Not sure exactly what part of FL you are looking for, but here are some options on the Florida panhandle...

The Bay Point Marriott in Panama City (Resort, golf, etc - they also have Grand Residences) is fantastic, and any property near SanDestin (Residence Inn and Courtyard) are in great locations - but the Desin properties are definitely not as nice as Bay Point.    Hope this helps!

Marco Island Marriott is by far the nicest in the state, second Ft. Lauderdale Harbor beach although I think the little ones will prefer the calm gulf waters..
