On my recent trip to Boston, Ruben I. at the Boston Copley Place Marriott, made great efforts to straighten out a mix up in my reservation. Mistakes had been made by both me and by Marriott and were exacerbated by the fact that it was an extremely busy time at all Boston hotels, and especially at those near Copley Square. Ruben was persistent in fixing the problem. He also upgraded us and that took much of the sting out of our difficulties.
Ruben exemplifies all the good things that I have come to expect from Marriott!
