I travel on business about 300+ days a year, and I try always to stay with Marriott. I just got off the phone with one of your associates named Deanna G. at your Fairfield Inn Charlotte Mooresville/Lake Norman location. Not only was she very helpful; she offered a special incentive to stay at her property since my State Government rate is not available for the nights I need. I am very pleased with everyone at all Marriott properties, and I hope that Deanna will get special recognition for her 'going the extra mile' for me.
