I spent the past weekend at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. I had arrived early in the morning on a Friday (May 31) and found a busy lobby of a beautiful facility overlooking the harbor. I had three rooms reserved and was prepared for a wait before check-in knowing I had arrived at such an early hour. I approached the front desk and was warmly greeted by the front
office supervisor Angela Bridgeforth. Angela immediately assured me she would do everything she could to get me in as soon as possible and found one room ready. I was able to get in and
get comfortable thanks to Angela. She took my cell number and said she would call when they were ready. Angela continued to check on me throughout my stay about my additional rooms and
made sure all my requests were taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised to see Angela throughout the facility and to hear from other associates the high regard they have for Angela. I look forward
