I arrived at the Renaissance World Golf Center in St. Augustine, Florida on May 16, 2013. The facility was beautiful and the room was great with a perfect view. The associates were helpful and made sure my stay was special. I was enjoying the lobby lounge and was very impressed with Darnell W., the bartender for the evening. Darnell went out of his way to make us comfortable with quick and courteous service. The bar snack being served was a good match with our drinks and we discussed other snacks that other facilities have served in their lounge. Darnell left us and returned with the snack we had mentioned. He had gone in search of our request and made sure he found it. Darnell is a great example of the team at this facility that makes it a great place to stay.
