So you want more than a broadway show?!

We live near NYC and often take our kids to experience the city - sometimes like a tourist, and sometimes as a resident. So this opportunity to experience a backstage tour of Wicked was perfect! Saturday mornings, before the matinee, Beyond The Emerald Curtain takes place in the foyer and the theatre. You'll be able to see costumes, learn some production terms and get a sneak peak at what goes on behind the scenes of a major broadway production. The hosts are or were current actors in the show, and in our group some of us had seen Wicked, and some of us hadn't. It didn't matter! Everyone was happy - and there was ample time to ask questions at the end of the tour. On our trip we had theatre fans, visitors to NYC, drama teachers, Wicked fans, acting students, and several families that had made this their first stop after breakfast! I think the address is emeraldcurtain.com

(For each location tag, you will be guided through a 3-step process to add (1) a city and a state or a city and a country, (2) a Marriott brand, and (3) a Marriott hotel.)
