Herve Vandendrice - Quintessential Concierge

Herve went out of his way to make us feel welcome and properly oriented during our recent stay at the Brussels Marriott.  Upon arrival he, and Delphine, welcomed us to their hotel and offered their assistance with any plans we needed to make.  They called once we were in our room (an upgrade, overlooking the Bourse) to be sure all was OK.  Once we returned to the lobby, Herve gave us a tour of the executive lounge, then helped us put together a walking tour of town and pointed us toward a fantastic lunch at Mer du Nord - a must if the weather is good and you like seafood!  He also suggested some spots for dinner and arranged reservations.  He wasn't just responsive - he was proactive about offering us assistance and guiding us toward a great few days in Brussels.
