A couple summers ago, we took the family back to Chicago for a game at Wrigley. Stood in line for several hours before the game and made the mad dash inside the bleachers to get seats on the basket. Beautiful mid summer day for my wife and I and three kids. Part way through the game, we encouraged the kids to reach their small hands down through the basket and try to get a piece of ivy as a memory. Well, my daughter was successful but the usher say and came over an confiscated the small piece of ivy as this was against 'regulations'. Well, after the game on the way out, the same usher came up to my daughter and slipped her back that same exact piece of ivy and gave her a wink and a smile. What a day.
