Growing up our city had a great summer parks program. You could go to the park on any summer day and find a councilor running activities from boondoggle to sports. One summer my brother and I not only participated in the parks program but in addition to our regular little league baseball, we signed up to play on the public parks baseball team. Now we can't say that the competition was as tough as little league, but we sure had fun, and I will never forget the game that between my brother and I we made all 21 outs in a seven inning game. It was our defensive prowess of course, me pitching and him playing short-stop, but it was all us. Find that in the record books anywhere, I am sure it has never been topped.
