All the problems with airline food. Trick is to request "seafood plate"-no matter the meal-be it lunch or dinner. There is,for most airlines, no additional cost-but it would pay to ask. Nine times out of ten, you will have a better meal than the rest of the passingers. This does not apply to first class, which usually takes care of itself with some quality food,although you can as I have, request the seafood meal for this class of flyer too.
