I contact Marriott awhile back, after being severly injured in a car accident. I explained this was the reason I couldn't travel. I was undergoing treatment.
I am back at work now but still can't do muchh due to my injuries. I can hardly use my hands.
I was downgraded and I was told when I am back, I should let Management know so they can get me back to my membership level.
I am doing just that. Please know I just booked at the Marriott Residence Inn Herdon.
