If your staying in Pensacola or even just passing through, this is the place to go. They're open from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM every day (except Thanksgiving and Christmas) and they serve a lot of traditional Irish cuisine, plus a whole lot more. I highly recommend the lamb stew. They've also got their own brewery right in the restaurant and an enormous wine cellar. There are dollar bills signed by patrons (including many famous people) stapled to every nook and cranny of the restaurant. They number it at over $750,000 right now. This place is greener than Dublin on St. Patrick's Day. They also have live music five nights a week. The best part is their Sunday brunch. They bring you an omlette or benedict that's enough for two people, and it comes with an Irish coffee (hot or cold), complete with green cherry, and homemade beignets. Whenever I'm in Pensacola, I'll always be going to McGuire's.
